Sweatpants, you have surely come to the right place.

There are 27000 other people here who probably have close to the same story as yours and are ready to help support you in any way they can. We need you to stand tall and own your quit! Be here every morning right after your piss and post roll. I get on the PC so fast Im still suffering piss shivers in the morn! that is how serious I am about this thing I call my adventure. Posting that roll is the most important thing you can do. That is so you can be held accountable. Thats how we roll, on the accountability train!

Come on in here and read the hell right out of HoF (Hall of Fame) speeches and words of wisdom. Don't only post in your won group, feel free to jump in other groups and post under extra support as well and jump on in in conversation. You are not locked in to 1 group and 1 group only. Mozy around!

Use this place to your advantage. Tobacco use is a very selfish thing, why shouldn't your quit be to? What I mean is, use this place like a smorgasbord. Take what you want, and leave ht rest for someone else to take. it's ok I promise!

Gather as many numbers as you possibly can. Trust me when I tell you how important this is. Don't just take numbers, give yours too! These folks may just be your lifeline one day and you may be theirs. Also, it comes in handy for roll. To. We all wake up late and out the door we go. SHIT! I forgot to post roll! That's ok, text it to a buddy. They will gladly get you on roll. And they may ask you one day to. This is the thing most folks have an issue doing. it is probably next to roll the most important thing to do.

Anyhow, I have to shut up for now and run. If you need anything, feel free to give me a shout.

Take care!

Ray

I started when I was 14, 36 years ago and in the last 30 years I've also been struggling trying to quit the stuff by myself. I hate going through withdrawal everyday in between dips. Most of the time I don't enjoy dipping I was just doing it to avoid withdrawal. I've tried to quit so many times I began to feel like it was a lost cause.
I wish I could tell you I had 732 days of quit behind me like Candoit. But I'm a newbie here too. I can tell you that since joining this site, I am feeling more optimistic about being able to quit than I have in years. Hell, I'm feeling optimistic "for a change!" These guys have my back

Post roll every day and early in the day. WUPP (Wake Up Piss Post) is our motto. It's a promise to the group and yourself that youÂ’re not going to use nicotine today, not a report on how you did at the end of the day. The idea is that as you go through the day and have an urge to dip youÂ’ll remember that you made a promise to your brothers that you wouldnÂ’t dip today.

Click on the following link for a video on posting roll. It helped me out. PC How to post roll

Also stick around and get to know folks. It's more than just posting roll. Exchange phone numbers for the times you have a 911 craving.

Welcome to KTC Sweat, you can do this. It won't be easy, but it doable.

I quit with you today brother!

Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.

I've been struggling nearly every day for the past few years in trying to quit, and I've come to the realization that I just can't do it by myself. So tonight, I spit out and flushed that stuff and instead of trying to talk myself through craves like the other thousand times before, I'm here. I'll need some help with posting roll and we all know I'll need a lot more help after that. But I'm determined. I hate that shit. And I look forward to quitting with all of you, and not berating myself alone after yet another "I have the willpower to suffer silently and succeed" pep talk which comes undone oh so quickly. Hi everyone, I'm Aaron, I want to stay quit, and I need help doing it. After reading a lot of the posts around here, I can see you I've come to the right place.
You couldnt pick a better day to quit. I quit 2 years ago, 7-23-14 @6:45 pm, that is 732 days ago. Each one I said I quit, for today. Then repeat. You got this. We can do anything for 1 day.

There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
