I started when I was 14, 36 years ago and in the last 30 years I've also been struggling trying to quit the stuff by myself. I hate going through withdrawal everyday in between dips. Most of the time I don't enjoy dipping I was just doing it to avoid withdrawal. I've tried to quit so many times I began to feel like it was a lost cause.
I wish I could tell you I had 732 days of quit behind me like Candoit. But I'm a newbie here too. I can tell you that since joining this site, I am feeling more optimistic about being able to quit than I have in years. Hell, I'm feeling optimistic "for a change!" These guys have my back
Post roll
every day and early in the day. WUPP (Wake Up Piss Post) is our motto. It's a promise to the group and yourself that youÂ’re not going to use nicotine today, not a report on how you did at the end of the day. The idea is that as you go through the day and have an urge to dip youÂ’ll remember that you made a promise to your brothers that you wouldnÂ’t dip today.
