Thanks it's been a rough road and now I'm fighting for freedom from another addiction using the same method OFDAAT. Newbies if you want freedom it's up to you to take charge. If you cave then you need to get your ass off the floor and get back in it. It's not defeat until you quit trying. This process works don't be a wimp get your ass in the game!

Been a while since I have updated this. In 3 day I will hit 600 days quit. How did I do it 1 fucking day at a time, and by posting with my brothers. This was one habit I never though I had a chance to beat, but guess what one day at a time, and learning to enjoy the freedom that has come to me. Also without having to worry about this bitch I have been able to get back into school going for my teaching degree. I have now made honor roll and deans list because I can now concentrate on my studies instead of focusing on my next dip. My life has gotten so much better, including my asthma being under the best control since getting that poison out of my system. So to you newbies wondering if it is worth going through the hell of the fist 100 day take it from someone who has been there it is worth it, and you will love the freedom that comes from kicking that shit to the curb.
