A little update.
I've been in the fog the past couple days, pretty rough dealing with people at work. Last night, I had my first dip dream. I remember I was looking in the mirror and I had a dip. Felt really bad that I had caved when I woke up but soon realized it didn't really happen
Dip dreams can be scary at first. They are a normal part of quitting and actually mean you are winning. Your mind is trying everything it can to get you to go back to your addiction.

Keep fighting and stay clean. It gets better, better than you can imagine.

STAY QUIT
Greg

Due to the time of the original post could this be a "sleepwalking quit"?  Maybe he woke up yesterday and didn't realize he quit the night before?
No no no I'm still free. I was pretty busy with finals the last day or so.
I don't give a fuck how "busy" you were. Takes 2 fucking minutes to post roll. Glad you didn't bail like a pussy but you gotta post roll, daily.

Today's the day that I'm going to give up dipping. I've only been dipping for about a year now but I realize that it is time to give up this nasty habit so as if 12/12/12 12:32 AM, I am quit!
First of all, it's an addiction not a habit..

Second, it's clear you failed already, came back lastnight and didn't post anything, I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

When/If you decide to come back, come back with some balls. Bring it, it's not just some 'bad habit' it's your life, take it back. So wonder over to March '13 and post roll. Don't know how to post roll? Go up to that salmon colored link called the WELCOME CENTER and read up, more importantly, read "Why we post roll"...
Bruce is right.

Cuts like hell hearing it huh?

Picking you nose is a habit. Digging your crack is a habit. Stuffing your face with cancer is an addiction and you sir, are an addict. It's OK...you find yourself in good company. We can't quit for you, but we sure as hell can show you how. You gotta do the hard work tho.

You were 20 minutes late from the best quit time in history.  Regardless, the sooner the better, don't wait 20 years and then quit with 20 years of regret.
But..... where are you? Why you no post roll?
I repeat..... where are you, Duck?

Come on in and quit.
