Thanks guys! I posted roll this morning. Still trying to figure all of this out, but I think I got it. I post roll each morning and that is my commitment not to use, and I do this each day till I reach 100?
Chipper my man great job posting. Correct about posting first thing every morning, but you can post till they bury you if you choose. Not many people are quit after 100 day's and make it. Just have to figure out on your own, everyone's different, for right now make thru today and then worry about tomorrow! This shits tough my friend guy's quit for year's and start back. We're all addicts here, and so are you. You will never be cured you have to battle daily, at first it can be extremely hard, and everyone's different so hard to say how long. Read and then read some more, listen and get engaged in your quit. Own it! One day at a time! (Odaat ) EDD (every damn day!) I quit with you today!
Chipper continue to post roll after 100 keep going ODAAT. 100 is not the goal getting the rest of your life back is!
Welcome Chipper. I am glad to be quit with you today brother. 100 days is far off. Just focus on one day at a time (ODAAT). Get to know your quit brothers in October. Post regularly on the forum, jump into live chat whenever you can. The guys (and gals) in there are great. They were early on in my quit and continue to be today. You are one badass mofo for making it 20 days on your own! Nice job. PM me if you want to exchange digits.

Well done Chipper posting Roll!

Like Pab said do it for yourself, and then the family will be a recipient of your hard work and the fruit.

Also... Its not a habit.
Its an addiction and that makes you an Addict.
We addicts can NEVER have just one.

Bury the old... Live a new.
No looking back!

I quit with you today.

I started dipping 20 years ago when i was 15. If I could go back to that time, I would kick whoever gave me my first dip in the nuts! Its a nasty habit and I have always known I needed to quit. My present to my son on his 4th birthday was to quit dipping. Its been hell but I have made it 20 days cold turkey.
Awesome chipper! Helluva present to you and your son! 20 day's is badass on your own. Post roll in October and get you some help. This shits hard! Day 210 for me and getting much better but I can promise you without all the support from ktc I never would have made it! We quit here with no nic, post roll early each day. Give your promise and make it 24 hrs at a time! I quit with you today! Pm me for number if you need anything
