Congrats buddy. Keep it going.

Keeping it going ...day 4!

Thanks for all of the support, I WILL pay it forward!
Congrats on one more day!! Now go find a day one guy and give him your number. You don't have to have 100 days to pay it forward. The SUCK of day 1 is still fresh in your mind and you can get them thru it. Plus you will be blown away at how much helping someone else helps you.

Pm with my number sent. Holler. I'll quit with you

Thanks guys.....just posted Roll! Doing well today (Day 3), feel like I have a hangover without the headache.
Day 3 and 4 SUCK!!! The fog comes next. But push through. I did. You can. We're all quitting with you!
Davd.M is right 3  4 are rough but you can do it! Drink lots of water and get your butt to the gym. Go for a walk. Do something physical. It really helped me survive the fog of days 4-7. I'm day 8 and the fog has finally lifted. You'll get there. Get some numbers and stay close with your quit group. PM me anytime.

The headache will probably be around real soon. Drink LOTS of water to help prevent it. Also get some pure cranberry juice at the health food store, not the crap at walmart. It will help detox.

Hang in there and do whatever it takes to stay quit. Run, do pushups, seeds, fake, gum, water, water, water. You're almost through the suck.
Good description of the SUCK, I likened it to being sick, but you know you weren't sick. You got this bro, hang tough!

Welcome Noog! Congrats on your quit! I'm not too far ahead of you but it gets better. Read everything you can on this site, reach out to guys in your group, get numbers and use them, and get on live chat often.
