FYI, fellow KTC quitters.
Rock Lobster told me he was going to be in the Australian bush for 7-10 days and won't have any internet access, maybe not even cell service. Don't know if he has a satellite phone. Anyway, if you see him not posting roll, that is most likely the reason. He has my # and used it yesterday so I could post for him, but I believe he's truly out of comms. Hopefully he'll come up for air and be able to connect.
So, don't assume he caved unless we hear otherwise for the next several days.
Just wanted all to know before a shit storm develops. But if he caves, I get first shot.
To quit...and beyond!
Quit since 1/23/14

Gonna be hardest day today.  Am around chewers once a week during my bowling league.....First bowling day since i quit....I got this!!!!
Have your plan handy

One thing I have noticed. Those that quit amongst users soon turn into roll models. How many of us used when we hated using? Some of those bowlers are using and damn well hate it.

Have your quit plan ready. Implement if necessary. Months from now somebody might ask, how did you do it? Be ready to tell your story.

Quit on!
Thanks guys!!!! I hope to be that role model ..... Plan is in place today will be a great day to be quit!!!
You got this. The fact that you have a plan and are aware that this will be a test has me believing you will be fine. If drinking is a part of your normal bowling routine I recommend abstaining or at least limiting yourself. This early in your quit getting drunk in a high temptation situation is not advisable. Make sure your phone is charged and you have #'s. PM me if you need another.

Day 4 is awesome! You no longer have the poison flowing in your veins! You are winning! Now get ready to fight some more because you are in the thick of it, but you have made it this far so there is no reason to cave now. Get some beef jerky chew and some sunflower seeds while you wait for the herbal. Keep close to KTC and keep reading. PM me if you need anything.

Day one was easy.  Day 2 not so much.  Getting that itch in the gums. Going strong tho
Day two is rough. What do you have to help with the crave? Seeds, gum? fake stuff? Drink lots of water and try to get some exercise in. Check your inbox too. Worry about today and we will worry about tomorrow when it arrives.
You know what two days mean to me? It means that for two days you haven't went down to the corner store and spent your hard earned money on stinky good for nothing can of dirt. It means that for two days you have taken back some freedom, integrity and dignity. It means for the first time in a long time you have demonstrated that you care more about your family and self than you do for the poison.

To top all this off, It means that if you made it two, you can damn sure make it 3. Great job,, Keep it up. Your life depends on it. Quit with you today. You need another number let me know.
Great job on day 2. You are doing it. Day 3 will probably suck worse. Stay close to KTC and hit me up with a PM if you want my digits. Get a lot of numbers so you can text or call if shit gets hairy. Once you get through these first 3-5 days it will get much much better. You'll be a new person.

Work the KTC program to the letter and you will succeed. You can do it.
Got a crap load of gum and ordered some hooch herbal.....for me most of my problem is needing something to chew on....rather waste my money on stuff to quit than cancer dirt

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
