Day 4 is rough...  Bought a bunch of gum cause my fake is running low.  Looking forward to roll call tomorrow morning.
Drink a metric ton of water and get some exercise. Eat all the fruit you can handle, too.
Hey I'm on day 4 as well and in the June quit group with you. I've always liked to exercise but I realized yesterday my chew was holding me back. I would "workout" and rush off to down a protein shake and put a chew in as soon as I could. I was so frustrated last night and antsy. I worked out (cardio/light lifting) for 45 min. Finished dripping with sweat and I felt awesome. I felt like I was sweating out what poison I did have left in my body. Man I slept so good too. I've been finding success with the following,

-Smokey Mountain (or other fake dip)
-Wint-O-Green mints
-Gum
-Exercise (enough to work up a good sweat)
-Lots of water

PM me if you need anything or just want to vent. Proud to be quit with you today.
Good job THansen and LK...way to coach each other through. Quitters that quit together stay together!

Day 3 now... Haven't had a beer yet, so that trigger is gone for now.  I have some Grinds Mocha flavor that I've been crushing the past 3 days. Ordered some free samples from Kooch.  Been all over the site, forums, live chat.  It is helping me quit this bitch forever.  I love the accountability factor.  It will be the reason that I post roll everyday and stay Quit forever!
Thanks to the guys I saw on Live chat for some helpful info..... Trying to drink lots of water and work out when I feel some rage.  Like right now. going to the gym. LK... out
Congratulations for being here. Just remember, though, your quit is One Day at a Time (ODAAT) my friend. "Forever" is a long time. Quit for each and every day as it comes to you. Also, post roll every morning in your quit group. It is key to the accountability factor. Proud to be a quitter with you.
