Short tempered, lack of focus, all I can think about is that damn can.  I hear 72 hours is when the physical cravings subside....Any adivce?!?  I'm goin nuts over here!
Jhawth - remember this nightmare below? 300 days ago seems like a world away, right? I wanted to bump this up to the top for you today, because while milestone days are a cause to pause and pat ourselves on the back, they are also a great time to reflect on what we've sccomplished. And you have come a long, long way. One day at a time. Congratulations - I'll see you at a year next!

WOW! Yeah...that seems like FOREVER ago...and it hasn't even been a full year! One day at a time! I wouldn't have made it this far without the help of all my quit brothers and sisters, such as yourself! Thank you for helping me get here!
So I'm safe from a throat punch?

Great work on the 3rd floor!!! The view just keeps getting better.

Quit on...

LMAO...you are safe from a throat punch! Thanks for the support, brother! QLF with you today.

Day 200! On milestone days like this it always helps to see where you were not that long ago. You've come a long way! Congratulations on hitting another big achievement. I've enjoyed going along for the ride with you and look forward to many more. Welcome to the second floor!

Taking a dip will NOT bring your sister back. It might shorten the time till you see her again, but that is about all.

Stay strong brother, we will get you through this low.
