On the eve of 500 and had a dip dream. I put it in right in front of my wife and told her I'm done quitting. She called up Irish and told him I caved and he was on his way to my house when I woke up.

I've been dealing with a bit of a funk for the last week. Feels like I'm back in the fog and the bitch won't leave me alone. Been spending a lot of time in the new groups to remind myself of those first days and how bad they sucked. Going to continue fighting through it but ready to get back to some easier days.

I hit the 2nd floor 10 days ago but didn't get a chance to post in here because I was busy with my wedding. 200 days is a hell of an accomplishment that I'm proud of. I remember very clearly 200 days ago and how much those first 2 weeks sucked. I still have days that suck but I get through it by looking in the new groups and remembering how difficult they have it in those first couple of weeks. I'm glad to still be here posting every day and getting to see my number continue to go up. Our group has lost quite a few along the way but the ones still here want it bad and want it bad for everyone else that is here. I appreciate all the BAQs that are here and helping me in one way or another. I'll see all you guys tomorrow morning on roll.
great quit, nice job owning it and making it work! keep it up, things only keep getting better!
Congratulations my friend on the 200?and your marriage! I've been married 32 years of which 30 I dipped. Be proud of yourself and remember there's no good reason at all to stick that nasty shit in your mouth! It gets easier but you will probably always get a crave. So what you've got the tools to eat it and they get a whole lot less intense and last a very short period of time. Damn glad to be quit with you!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Nic Bitch has been all over my ass today but I'm glad that today is 6 months nic free.
Hang in there Drew. I hit one year free tomorrow and I still have some rough days. Rough days are normal and are meant to be conquered rather than used as an excuse to give in. Congratulations on 6 months quit!

I quit with you today! B)B
I like the way you use the tools amongst the craves. Good to see you in live chat the other day. ?

I had a bad dip dream over the weekend.

I went on a float trip over the weekend and didn't really have much access to my quit brothers though I was able to get some texts to go through so I didn't miss roll. Anyway, on Saturday night I had a dream that I put in a dip, realized I fucked up, and decided I was just going to continue posting my old day count. I woke up glad to still be quit. I also immediately went to find cell service to get my text sent to a quit brother to post roll for me (thanks again Sacksy and glad you were on a plane and not asleep!)

So it's been a while since I posted in here.

I'm on day 135 now and have been having some pretty good days here lately. I'm starting to gear up for the fuckits in days 140-160 though. I've got my seeds on hand and also some fake that I bought in April gearing up for a road trip that I took one pinch out of.

Last weekend, I had a friend over that dips and it showed me exactly how stupid I was packing that can, walking around with a bulge in my cheek and how disgusting it smells and how disgusting the toons are. I never want to go back to that shit. I can't promise I never will but I can promise I won't today and I plan to make that promise again tomorrow.

Today is 100 days for me. I've come a long way but I still have a long road ahead. Thank you to all who helped me make it to this point.
Congrats on 100 days! I'm closing in on 300 days myself. We are the same. Our quits depend on each of us waking up in the morning and deciding not to use nicotine for the day. We are both a bad decision away from being back in hell.

Celebrate this milestone but continue to focus on tomorrow.

I quit with you today! :)
Thank you RSNftw, you have made my quit much easier. One day, we will get together, buy a gerbil, and friggin ship it to Newtexican. Haha! (Or should we ship it to JoeC? Maybe both!)
Lmao I think they both would find a use for the gerbil.
Congrats on your 100!!
