Well, I'm still here and I had to buy a bottle of Listerine because my mouth and tongue was sore. This did a nice job. It was original strength, original flavor.

I have been very moody at different times of the day and then fine other parts of the day. Went to get gasoline and threatened a man that I would punch him in the face. He looked bewildered.

I have been ordering Chattahoochee Herbal Snuff the Wintergreen Flavor. I had planned my quit several months in advance. Last July I ordered the regular flavor and the Wintergreen to test which one I was going to lean on. I chose the Wintergreen. I then last July switched from Copenhagen and can to can and half day to Skoal Original. It took awhile but I made the switch. Then did my quit this February.

My Wife's Mother Died and there was an uncanny amount of stress and I did have the gnawing craving to cave, but I did not and this morning I'm here writing this. The Poor Man Yesterday he had no idea.

17 Days today and Clean still.

Been sleeping only for 2 to 3 hours at a clip then waking up. Well it's 5:21am and I'm going to keep busy today.

17 Days Clean still

It's been 9 days since my last chew. The first 5 days a living hell. Well I'm happy to report that I'm still quit and I Do Not Want To Go Through That Torture Of With Drawl Again.

I'm still having Agravations but not with drawl as I can tell. I used Food to help also. I never chewed while eating so I was eating and really enjoying it. Seemed to be a helper for me.

Thursday Past My Heart Tried to Beat out of my Chest 4 times within an hour. I resisted. Also My Blood Sugar has been real close to 500, which is not good, The Physical Withdrawl was very hard on my Blood Sugar.

Having Blood Sugar near 500 going through Nic WithDrawl was an extra whammy.

I just wanted to report that I didn't die and I made it so far and life has gotten much better in the last couple of days.

Thanks All.

Keep it up Cisko, well done

Thanks Brian,

Still figuring the Roll Call out and I have the instructions but the Brain is not Cooperating at this time for much of anything. The Wife is really wanting to kill me and takes everything to heart.  She is very vain I guess.

I would like to know if anyone here has experienced the racing heart and the feeling of the heart going to explode out of your chest thing?  "With Drawl" .

Right now having periods of cohesive cognizant thought patterns along with some very thick Myopic Fog.

I wonder what chemicals were used to enhance the addictiveness of the US Tobacco Company's Products.

Eugenics Pure and Simple.

Having a Rough time.
I actually thought I was having a heart attack one day. You need to sit down and try to get a control.....breatheeeeee.

Energy was a very good friend of mine. When I got to wound up (angry) I would take a 5 hour energy and I would calm down.
drinking 5 hour energy to calm down????
that's like smoking crack to help you sleep at night!! 'crackup'
hell I'd whip out the bottle of KY and wax the surfboard. Good way to relieve anxiety. Well, except for that one time at the staff meeting, but otherwise a good method

Having a rough time means you're doing it right. The Nic Bithch doesn't give up for the asking. You've got white-knuckle it and get your quit on. (That is different than moose knuckling it...which you probably can't do unless your plumbing is different than mine).

Good job...you go this, brother!!!

Hello, out there,

I started at age 6, was tied back down on a Merry go round with the belts of the older kids. They put a chew of Copenhagen in my mouth and spun the Merry go Round. Was a very odd experience. Why would I then go buy a can of Copenhagen that cost me .11 cents by the way and put some in my lip to feel that rush? All the kids in town did it also.

Some of the kids would get a brand called "Happy Days" Happy Days came in Mint and Raspberry flavors. I guess it was the Market to Kids Brand.

Well I was so hooked by age 7 that when we traveled and I couldn't get a can I would take a cigarette from my Dad's pack and take the tobacco out and put it in my lip so I wouldn't feel so bad.

I wonder if anyone remembers .11 cents a can?

Been a slave to this for more years than most of you been alive. When I say slave I do mean absolute slave.

The Last time I tried to quit and first time , I went 3 days and I thought I had done the previously impossible, then got in my pick-up to go to town and no sooner did I go about a 100 yards and my Heart Started to Beat Out of my chest, Well if I said I was scared and bewildered that would be a mild description of what happened out of the blue at 3 and half days quit. There was a can of bandits that My Dad had left in the truck from a year earlier, don't know why or how I tore that paper off of that little bag and immediately as I put that brown stale powder in my lip the Fast Heart Beat Stopped.

Well never tried to quit again til now.

Well I want free.
Welcome.
