Stay involved. Want to lock in your quit? Help a couple of newbies out. Not only will it help them but the extra accountability will help you as well. Congrats are definitely in order, but make this inning two not inning nine.

"All men are in need of help and depend on one another. Human solidarity is the necessary condition for the unfolding of any one individual."
Erich Fromm, The Art of Loving

Figure it out so that your kids know that they have a strong father who can fight mano a mano against nicotine and not give up. Not many can do that, so show your kids that you are special and that you are making sure to always be their brave and strong dad because you fight every day to ensure that you are with them for as long as possible.

Way to grow a pair and beat this bitch. I know your life will be 100 times better. Get some numbers for the anxiety that you have described so you can call a buddy or text and have them help you rather than take the can for it. Come on here and go to the live chat for help. I quit with you today and the next day and the next day.

Bipolar

you have come to the right spot. this is your mechanism to keep your quit strong. your quit will only be as successful as you want it to be. in order to do that (in addition to following the fine advice given above your fellow strong supporters) is to get involved. Post roll is great and a must - do not miss a day (as one missed day leads to 2, 3, 7 and then a cave). This should be like brushing your teeth or taking a shit - you do it every day - post roll.

secondly - get digits (cell phone) from fellow quitters. text them, call them if your are felling a potential cave coming on. get numbers from your group and from some vets - and reach out to them if you are in need (or even if you are not - just to say hello). you will develop many great friendships on this site - many of whom you may never meet in person. they are all here for the same reason - to beat down the nic bitch.

the more involved you are the stronger your quit. when may 2015 begins - support the new guys - adopt a quitter and help them through.

you got to want this - this is not a part time thing - it is a full in commit. I have PM'd you my contact info - reach out at any time and send me yours so I can keep track of your success

quit with you every damn day

Roll Call, Roll Call, Roll Call

Hey brother, I'm glad you're here and I'm quit with you today. But dude, all that shtuff you posted up there? That's life, man. Work is hard (which is why they call it work). People let us down, piss us off, or die, or are born, or look at us funny. Disasters occur and are narrowly averted. Epic good times come along. And a million stressors come along at us all throughout the dash. It's just life.

But we have this insidious little bitch sitting there on our shoulder telling us that we can't get through any of it without her. Don't you believe it. There is a whole community of Bad Ass Quitters here that prove the lie and support each other every day. I'll shoot you a PM with my number. In the meantime, in case I forgot to mention it,

ROLL CALL!!!
