Grits glad you are here. I am in Minot I used to make trips every two weeks to fargo. Lets work on a few bits of your vocabulary we dont hope we do here. We fight each day for that day only. We post roll where we give each other our word that we will not use for today only wake up repeat. We all have been where you are at I wont lie to you its not easy. Quitting is hard but so is cancer I have been through both I prefer quitting. You need anything pm me you need numbers ask and you can have mine.

New here and glad I found this place. I started dipping when I was 19 when i joined the military. I'm 33 now and woke up this morning an told myself i need to quit. I've tried several time with no,success. My longest only lasting 2 weeks. I've noticed my health is starting to be affected not to mention my family hates it. I hope i can do it this time. Almost wish there were others around the fargo area for support. Anyways Thanks to however is listening.
Brother, we don't hope or try, we quit. You are doing the right thing, but you have to stay focused, use the v tools at your disposal, and most importantly, you have to want to be quit. Go to April 2016 post roll, repeat roll first thing each morning, and take pride and satisfaction in your new found freedom. I quit with you today.
