So 3 day 1's in under a month?  That must be some sort of record.  You need to figure out if you want to be quit.  Dig deep and come up with reasons you're doing this!  Then man the fuck up and keep your word.  You slipped?  Fuck that....there's no try.  Do or do not.  Why are you even here?

I am on day 2 and its not as bad as yesterday.

mwmenzies,

Nice work on being on Day 2.  Now head on over to your quit group, July 2019 and start posting roll there everyday.  Get to know your fellow quitters, they are going through the same stuff as you.  Exchange phone numbers with them and vets alike.  This will be your life line when the shit gets tough.  It WILL get tough, probably starting tomorrow.

Making your promise to abstain from nicotine every day, keeps nic off the table as long as you are a person of your word.

Now go to July and post up, follow the instructions in the roll header.  Ask questions if you need to.

Proud to quit with you.

Chris
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.
