Erik, Welcome back brother! I know the feeling , not long ago I was dip free for over a year, one bad day and stop to a gas station for Milk killed it as I too bought a tin.

How great would it be if us as Dippers / Smokers / Vapers could hit a switch and turn it all of only to turn it back later so we can enjoy something we enjoy, be it dipping, smoking, drinking, hell even popping that pill or snorting that line.. I'm glad we can't and Nicotine is a hell of a drug. You fell from the Wagon, but you were smart to hop back on. You can do this, Together we can fight the good fight and win this battle then the war. One Day at a Time Bro, we are here for you! Get it done, the Past is the Past. We begin anew each day! Proud to Quit with you today!

Good intro, Erik.  Welcome back.  I really think that a lot of people don't think that "just one" will send them back to tobacco. Until it happens to you, you just can't friggin believe how fast it happens - it's like you never even quit!

Proud to quit with you today.

Love seeing your name on the April 13 roll every day.  That tells me that you are a fogcutter at heart.

You are killing it bro.  One day at a time.

Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

You have to really want to quit...forever for it to work.  The surest way to stop is to make a nonnegotiable decision to stop completely and forever...and then stop completely and forever without using any crutches such as increased eating, snacking, sweets, sucking Lifesavers, or excessive bragging. A person who uses such crutches will almost always return to using sooner or later. The decision to stop must be decisive, irrevocable, uncompromisable, and forever.

Good luck!

April 13 is an EPIC group... the fogcutters are a tight band of winners, and we are really glad to have you back with us.

One day at a time, with brotherhood and accountability, you will win.  Don't dwell on the past failures, but learn from them.  There can never be just one.  You can't skip a day of accountability on KTC.  All failures here start the same... I didn't think I needed you guys... then there was just one...  over and over.  Those days are over now Erik.

Welcome back to the proud April 13 Fogcutters, bro.

I am on day 13 now and feel like I have been taking advantage of everything I can on this site and posting a lot, so now is as good a time as any to actually do an Intro. I started dipping at baseball practice when I was 14/15 and immediately became a hooked ninja dipper and hid it from everyone except my friends that I did it with. I dipped nonstop from age 14/15 until I was 25 in 2013. I joined this site then and made HOF in April 2013, decided to be a dumbass after a year and a half and quit coming here for the support I NEED daily. I had one dip and of course I went right back to a full blown dipper for another 5 years. I am only 13 days quit now, but this time will be different. It has to be. I will remain more active and not just passively WUPP. QLF for the last time...

I can relate to that crappy feeling of knowing that you were not using for a long time, only to cave. It sucks you caved, but it’s good you’re back here knowing what has to be done to do it right this time.
Somewhere in me I still feel a sense of shame when I post roll every morning. That shame helps me to stay honest this time.
More so I feel pride when I WUPP, I’m proud to be quit with all of you you in April, and I know I’m where I need to be to stay quit. Your story tells me that you’re where you need to be to stay quit also. I quit with you today Erik. ODAAT - EDD.

Great Intro Erik.

Proud to be quit with you today,

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about the cave but glad you came back to restart your quit. If there is one common theme I’ve read about here, stepping away from the accountability leads to complacency, leads to a cave. Being new to the quit, good lesson learned, and one I’ll take to heart. Glad to quit with you today. PM me if you need some digits.
The only right way to quit is today.
