Well quitter, you've drawn attention. I understand the hatred on day 3. We all quit cold turkey, anything else is far from quitting. I have a problem with your original post; you said your wife is the only reason your quitting. That is one of the best ways to fail. Quitting must be about you. I tried to quitting for 40 years for others, until I made the move for me I failed.

My wife opened myself to the idea. Before her, I never truly had a problem with dipping.

But I have seen many close to me go down with cancer recently and some with chewing tobacco related. Plus the video of Curt Schilling describing his battle with cancer was truly eye opening. It was a wake up call. I looked up to him as a youngin.
