I see AJ is going to reply as well. This a great decision on your part to quit. Go ahead and get on roll making your promise. That is key. The early days I raged in here
drankk lots of water and went for walks/runs and ate a shit load of wintergreen lifesavers and atomic fireballs. Whatever works, key is honor your word. Support is here.

Make this decision and OWN IT!

This is the most important thing in your life right now. To that end... becoming involved here is your new job. Get up to the Welcome Center and learn what it means to belong to a Quit Group and learn how to post roll daily.

You can do this, man. You really can.

Get involved and stay involved. It works. I know because I was you 1,386 days ago.

Good afternoon everyone! I find it hard to even concentrate as I write this, but I know it's time to get off this crap. I've dipped since 1999, the Copenhagen Long Cut.
