Good afternoon everyone! I find it hard to even concentrate as I write this, but I know it's time to get off this crap. I've dipped since 1999, the Copenhagen Long Cut. I've not had any dip for going on 19 hours. This is the longest I've ever gone without a dip. I'm struggling but I don't want to cave. I've read this forum many times and have decided to join as I know that I will need to lean on some of you to get through this.
