Congrats on making the best decision of your life. One of the hardest things for me to admit to myself was that it wasn't a bad habit it is a addiction. A bad habit is picking your nose or eating with your elbows on the table. Addiction is when a chemical (nicotine) has control over your life causing you to be or do things you don't want to. If you have any cans of chew stashed dump them in the toilet and flush them, remove the temptation. Drink plenty of water and flush it out of your system. Your quit group will be October 2017 go there introduce yourself and make your promise not to use nicotine
