Hey Matt

Congrats on making the best decision of your life. One of the hardest things for me to admit to myself was that it wasn't a bad habit it is a addiction. A bad habit is picking your nose or eating with your elbows on the table. Addiction is when a chemical (nicotine) has control over your life causing you to be or do things you don't want to. If you have any cans of chew stashed dump them in the toilet and flush them, remove the temptation. Drink plenty of water and flush it out of your system. Your quit group will be October 2017 go there introduce yourself and make your promise not to use nicotine

I quit with you today Matt

Hello my names Matt amd ive decided to quit this nasty habit after 6 years. Im on day two and so far i kind of hate myself for ever getting into this habit in the first place. Im keeping myself active so as not to fall into a trigger and yearn for that last bit of dip to ruin myself again. So far i definitely feel the fog and i know this isnt going to be an easy journey. But the best part about the long road ahead is knowing i wont be doing it alone.
Have you been here before? The reason I ask is that you use some terms like someone who has been here before or who has read up around the site a bit. Either one would have shown you the need for posting roll.

Go post roll. Stay quit!
