My fist day balke was the 24th of febuary. I look at it as being given the option of living a longer healthier better life and thats the road i have choosen. The last day of Feburary will my last day of dipping!!!!! I'v been dipping Kodiak for almost 25 years but I swear i'm going to QUIT. I have tried quitting one time before about 5 years ago but after 4 weeks i caved, I blamed it on stress at work. I know it isn't going to be easy but its going to be worth it to grow old with my wife and watching my daughter grow up, get married and have children. Wish me luck guys!!!!

Do not wait until the last day of February, the perfect time, when the sun rises in the West. There is no better time to quit than right now. Take the can of whatever you have and dump it, go over to June and post your day one.

Oh wait, I have that big presentation at work first week in March. It's going to stressful... okay, I'll quit right after that, I promise!
