Blake posted a Day 1 in June yesterday. Nothing yet today. Let's see that Day 2 and I also recommend that you start posting that promise first thing each morning. There's nothing like the feeling of removing the dip option from the table at the start of each day. Starts the day off right.

My fist day balke was the 24th of febuary. I look at it as being given the option of living a longer healthier better life and thats the road i have choosen. It has been a tuff one already! but i still have not had even a stem of the wicked little weed. My name is caleb by the way im from minnesota and i am no longer a slave to the can or the nicotene. BOOYA!

The last guy on here that I can remember that had a set quit date (I believe it was "after the weekend") stayed quit for a month or so. And then bye bye.

Do your self a favor, wake up tomorrow, look your self in the mirror and realize that you do not need a dip to get through your day. Then log on here, post roll with the June group, and make that simple promiss to not use dip/ nicotine for that day. Worry about the next day when it gets here.

Last day in Feb., I promise!

Oh wait, I have that big presentation at work first week in March. It's going to stressful... okay, I'll quit right after that, I promise!

Hmmm, spring break is after that? That means driving for hours to get to the beach. Driving without dip is tough. Best to wait until after spring break then I'll quit, I promise!

Oh, but then there's Easter with the in-laws.....

Dude, your last day needs to be right now. Dont kid yourself. Dump the can now. You will be dipping till all hours of the night trying to get that last perfect dip....well my friend it does not exist.
Dup the can, post day 1 quit right now. Then the suck will happen over the weekedn and you will be good to go on Monday morning.

I have tried quitting one time before about 5 years ago but after 4 weeks i caved, I blamed it on stress at work. I know it isn't going to be easy but its going to be worth it to grow old with my wife and watching my daughter grow up, get married and have children. Wish me luck guys!!!!
