Englishbulldog - My name is Tim. I'm from Camden SC. I drive a Chevy Tahoe. Married with 3 boys 39 yes old, started with Levi garret at about 11 yrs old, at some point went to Kodiak then grizzly wintergreen. So I had about 25 years or so chewing and dipping. I'd like to publicly thank stevemc for his support and punching my name beside his .it was my honor and thanks to the rest of kill the can for their support; also, I will not sign on for 200, but I will check in from time to time. And still use the mountain of info and motivation. Keep on quitting guys. One day at a time.

day 22 and doing pretty good.altoids and smokey mountain helps a lot. about a week ago I wasent someone you would want to be around but that's a lot better.i will say that the smokey mountain chew is a lot more messy than real chew seems to me.

huge test this past Saturday and I passed with greatness,very proud.thanks to this wonderful supportive site !
well here I am at 69 days.never knew it smelled so strong.guys will come near or open a can and I think "did I smell like that ?".I was walking through a parking lot and all of a sudden just smelled it very strong.looked over the bed of a truck and there had to be at least 20-30 spit bottles.
Yep, we all smelled like that. I can spot a packed lip 50 feet away. Still don't even like being near, much less inside, my brother-in-law's truck. Damn wintergreen funk is overwhelming.

That's why I question the guys that say they were true ninjas. I just don't understand how it could work.
im the same with spotting the packed lip.

Man, you really have to fix your way of thinking. Stop romanticizing nicotine and tobacco. You and I are about the same place in life. I have 3 young kids, a wife, and I'm almost 39. I chewed and dipped for about 20 years.

You can do this. It gets much better.

Start getting your mind right or you won't make it a week...
These are some bad ass quitters in here- listen and learn. Read everything in the welcome center. Read other peoples introductions- You will see that we are all basically the same people with the same problems, learn the path of QUIT.
