Hey sports fans Just wanted to say made it through so far no injuries. No cases pending....lol. anyway I can't figure out how I roll call. But I'm here. Won't be around tonight but will be back soon

Get to the gym or somewhere that has a Heavy bag and wail on that thing for twenty minutes. Not only will you feel better but you'll get a work out too. I have anger deep inside me and it feels good to hit the bag for a while.

Stay the course, stay quit.

It takes a big sack of balls to quit, and more importantly to stay quit. We are about the same age, i dipped 25 yrs. If I can YOU can!! And yes, I would like to kick those type of people in the teeth as well, they have no fucking clue what they are talking about. Join the brotherhood here and get your bitch on! Glad you are quit!

So I really can't stand when ppl who don't know the fucking prison that addiction offers say oh you are just weak and just stop.....it makes want to rip their limbs off and beat them with the bloody stump!!!! It's totally doable and I'm gonna do it they just have no idea exactly how strong you have to be and the courage or takes to quit!!! Weak?!?! Greeter. My ass weak!!!! FUCK THEM!!!!!

Join us. Rage and vent on us. We can take it. Our families have done nothing to deserve our wrath, instability, rage, and unpredictability.

Click on the Welcome Center and read about the site and "posting roll". That is something we do each day, first thing, make a promise to yourself and your group to not use nic in any way shape or form.

Brotherhood. Accountability. Success.

Get involved here and get to know the guys in your group June 2013 (assuming today is day 18 of no NIC that means you quit on 2/25?). Doing this as a group makes it a lot easier. Getting involved and getting to know us makes it even easier yet.

So, what do you say? Care to join us and post roll today?
