Get to the gym or somewhere that has a Heavy bag and wail on that thing for twenty minutes. Not only will you feel better but you'll get a work out too. I have anger deep inside me and it feels good to hit the bag for a while.

It takes a big sack of balls to quit, and more importantly to stay quit. We are about the same age, i dipped 25 yrs. If I can YOU can!!
