The big thing you'll find here, if you haven't already, is that all of our stories are really similar...When we started, why we started, attempts to quit etc. But because of that believe me when I tell you, quitting is something you can do! It's going to suck (for me the worst days were 1-10, 30-40, and 70-85) but it will get easier and each touch phase you enter is a phase. So be strong. I have used Jakes Mint pouches. Funny because when I chewed I hated pouches. But anything to keep you mouth occupied is good, for me gum is probably the best. Good luck!
