Dalrich - tomorrow is your 100th day nicotine free. How does it feel? 100 days is truly awesome and you should enjoy this milestone with your quit brothers. Post your promise tomorrow early. Post your promise here in April 15 and in November 14. The 100...a great milestone, however, still only 100 days into your quit, just a fraction of days that we, me you us, have dipped. This is the beginning. 100 days has been a training period to show you how to quit and how to utilize the tools given to you. Now you need to make the same promise you have for the last 100 days, for the rest of your life, ODAAT. The addiction never goes away. we are never cured. Enjoy The 100, but get your ass back for 101.

Congrats. Schaef
Congratulations on reaching 100 days, Dalrich. Like Schaef said over in your quit group, this is a great milestone but is just a tiny drop in your bucket of quit. I'm glad to see you made it this far. But the real achievement and success comes from staying quit for the rest of your life. One day at a time. Stay strong, stay quit.
HOF man, congratulations!
Quit with you another 100!

Welcome Dalrich. I see you posted. Great job. It is confusing in the beginning, but you will get the hang of it. Throw yourself completely into this site and your brothers of November. They will be who gets you through the tough moments and days to come, along with your own desire to stay quit. Send me a PM (inbox in the upper right hand corner) if you need support or my phone number. All of us are here to help. We are all in this together. Here's the best advice and you will see this all around the site. Post roll as early as possible. What makes this site much more successful than other support groups is the posting of roll every day. Not every other or once or twice a week, but every single day. It is your word to yourself and all your brothers here at KTC that you are making a ONE day promise to not use nicotine. Once you get through today, you wake up tomorrow and do the same thing. good luck.

Welcome to KTC Dalrich! Glad to have a new member. Today is the start of your quit. No more going back for "one more". Making it 6 months just shows you possess the ability to stay quit. This time around, you have more resources at your disposal. So make this one count. Post roll every day and chat with other members. You can do this.

Okay, sorry for the newbie questions... I've looked around, but couldn't find where to post on roll call, or where my quit page is. Could someone point me in the right direction? BTW, today is officially my first day... last dip was yesterday afternoon
