One quit buddy is great. But thousands of quit brothers is awesome. That's what we are. Click around on the "Quit Groups"...not just your own, but a bunch of them. All of those folks have been right where you are now. I remember that being a source of encouragement for me when I was a week or two in wondering how the eff I was going to do this?!?! They aren't making excuses, lying to themselves and their loved ones, and givinig in to craves. They are quit...one day at a time.

It doesn't matter if you used nicotine for 30 minutes or 30 years. It doesn't matter if you have been quit for 10 minutes or 10 years. We are all addicts. And by giving our word and keeping it, we "cunt punt" the Nic Bitch everyday.

(That is a new pop culture term I learned on the interwebs from some sorority girl this week. I like it when a sorority girl teaches me new cuss combos. What a little sweetheart, huh?)

Stay strong, post roll, and stay quit. You can do this, brother!

Well, if that very, very brief intro was true...... then the nic is out of your system already.  It's all mind games from here on.  The physical withdrawals are drawing to a close.

Come on back in here and tell us some more about yourself.  You want support?  It's here.  To get it, you need to get involved.  This is a two-way street.

Congratulations on making possibly the best decision of your life.
You need this, the physical withdrawal is ending but the reprogramming your brain is the big challenge in front of you! Don't try it alone.
Got a quit buddy at work so got a lil accountability
