Thank You everybody for the support! I really appreciate it!! There have been some pretty rough spots the past couple days! But im getting through them and holding on just fine!!

Jon, have you gotten phone numbers from other quitters?

This ^^^ is something to pay particular attention to.

I fought it for awhile. I thought it was weird giving my phone digits to random dudes of questionable motivation. I mean... It IS the internet and weirdos be here!

Le'me tell ya... Get over that right now. There are days where that "how ya doin'?" text comes at the exact right time. There are cravings that are squashed by texting someone a "What the F*~k is going on!?"

Build your support network and understand that now is not be time to be shy about it. Who better to hold you up than those who are going through it right now with you and those, like me, who have gone through that beginning hell and have come through to the beauty of the other side? We're there man. You need to hear from your bros in the same trench and you need to hear from those of us who left the trench behind telling you "it gets better".
