Scratch where are you today?
Ok, so i went back to see if you came in again. Read some of your posts.

Not sure if you dipped again. But if you did, next time, don't just toss your tin in the trash.

Flush the shit down the toilet and rinse the tin out down the sink.

Do that with every stash tin you have.

Ok, go to quit groups. Then scroll down to pre-hof March 2016. That is your group. Select it. Go to the very highest page #. You want to find the most recent roll post. ( it looks like a long list with several names and days quit) .

Now to post your own roll, you find that most recent post, then select "quote ". The page changes , and you will see two boxes. Cut everything from the lower box and paste into the upper box. Then scroll to bottom of the first list of names (usually just above the list of other Bad Ass quitters) add your name and # days quit.

You will get the hang of it. Worst case, go to your group and just "add reply" with your name and days quit.

Thank you all so much for the encouragment. Just for future reference I am a female lol. I know that isn't seen very much. I am reading up in the welcoming center now bought some sunflower seeds and threw my can in the trash. I'm gonna do this!
There are a lot of badass girl quitters here. Let's get your name on roll and you can be one too! Welcome. You are in the best place to really quit once and for all. You can do this!
Corrected version:

Being an addict is easy. Quitting is hard. Only the toughest among us can quit. Are you bad ass chick? Are you a woman of your word? When you shake my hand, can I know that you will honor your promise?

The program here is really simple. There are quit groups, and when you quit you make damn sure you have no nicotine of any sort anywhere, and then you post your name on that list. For that calendar day, you stay quit. It is your promise to yourself, but more importantly your team on this site - others fighting the same battle as you - that you will stay nicotine free for that day and that day only.

The next day you wake up...before you do anything, I mean first thing here dudette, you post your word again. Same promise- one day only. Repeat.

Team mentality you bad ass. Do you play bunko and get trashed drinking $2 moscato wine while pretending to be caring about a card game? Imagine being the star player on your bad ass bunko team with 5 minutes left and deciding you wanted to go get a cheeseburger, so you call for a time out, get up from the table and smash your wine glass down, and tell your friends to fuck off then you throw your ace of spades on the ground like a douchebagette and walk to your little Mini Cooper and go get a burger. Are you that girl? If your word is good, you aren't. If you can't keep your word, if you aren't willing to put your name on that list, you are that dudette.

I'll watch for your name to pop up on the list.

You aren't alone here. We understand. You can do this.
Can you explain to me how to post roll from a phone I looked at my quit page and got really confused!
I use an iPhone. Go to the last page of your group and go to the bottom of the page. Press quote. Go to the second text box from the top, not the blank one but the one with all of the text in it. Press your finger in that box for a couple of seconds - a popular that says "select all" will appear. Tap that. Then tap "cut." Go to the top text box. Tap your finger and "paste" will appear. Tap that. The txt you just cut is pasted in. Scroll down a little and add your name.

This is confusing as playing bunko after 4 glasses of bubbly. You will fuck it up. No one cares if you do. Someone will fix it. Just try. Do your best. You'll figure this out you bad ass. One day at a time.
You did it!
Good job girl. We are all quitting with You TODAY.
