Glad to see you on roll. Day 3 is the worst for many of us, so bear down, and by Labor Day weekend you'll be feeling better!
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Well done posting Roll.
And not bad reasons for quiting.
BUT
Your wife might live with it ...she has.
And if you die... Your daughter might not go fatherless for ever....someone else could be her dad I guess.

Im thinking you better dig even deaper and look in the mirror a little longer.
You are a slave! QUIT for you..Not them.
You are owned by the Second strongest drug known to man.
And if you touch it again, it might just start that bad cell that kicks the cancer into full gear.
It is doing NOTHING GOOD FOR YOU!
ONE PROBLEM + NICOTINE = TWO PROBLEMS.
Dont miss roll tomorrow.... Post roll early everyday.
We will help you learn to live life without poison.
I want to see you get mad. I want to see you QUIT.
I quit with you today.

Hey guys. My name is Matt and I am 31 years old. I have been a tobacco user for over 18 years. Started off smoking. Smoked until I was 28 years old. I thought that smokeless tobacco would help me ween myself off of cigarettes. I was dead wrong. I stopped smoking but dipping was a lot more addictive. It consumed my life. It was all I thought about. It was hard to concentrate. It affected me marriage because my wife hated it. Now I have a child and don't want my daughter growing up fatherless. So I decided to quit. It's been only 36 hours. Yesterday was bad...I was highly irritable. Today I am fine. But I know it's gonna get worse. But I can finally say, this is it. I can already think clearly. Clearer than I have in almost 20 years.
Power through. We call the first 4-7 days the suck for a reason.

Post roll. If you haven't already.
Ask the wife to forgive you and explain what you are doing.
Have her read this.

Matt my friend, this guy^^^^ is badass take his advice. Myself I dipped 38 year's and thanks to guy's and gals like him here on ktc I'm 246 day's free from that nasty shit. Yes it's hard but not impossible. Quit for yourself, learn to hate the shit, own it, it has owned you long enough. Embrace the suck, it won't kill you, although it may seem like it is. Post roll now. Once you begin we quit one day at a time (Odaat ). One second, minute, hour whatever it takes to stay quit! When you post roll you will not have to do this alone and believe me, you want, want to. I quit with you today my friend!
Matt,

You already have a couple of legends posting support for you, so failure is not an option. I have been thru exactly what you are experiencing. You got this bro.

There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
