Hello all. My name is Travis, I'm 28 from Saint Cloud, MN. I've been chewing since I was 12 pretty much constant. I have quit a few times but haven't tried in over five years. I'm already on day seven and will post my first roll call today, I'm a little late to the action.

Better late than never travis! Welcome aboard. I'd suggest spending some time looking around this forum, reading and absorbing the vast wealth of knowledge that has been left around here by some seriously badass quitters. If you can make it through the first week, you've already gotten out of the worst of it. I'm on day 38 today, and a testament to the fact that this place works. Glad you're here. Just to be clear you didn't "quit" before, you only "stopped" for a little while. Good for you though, you have come to the right place if you want to quit. We say never again for any reason and we quit one day at a time. If you read everything here and buy in to the system 100%, you will succeed. You bring the "want" and Killthecan provides the "how".
