Quitting for good
« on: July 07, 2014, 02:17:00 PM »
Hello All...

Been dipping for 23 years every brand of smokeless tobacco throughout the years. Recently been having dizziness/nausea and a constant upset stomach. I've been way too busy with the family the past couple days to even think about dipping, and my dizziness/nausea and stomach issues have subsided since then. This was the kick in the ass that I needed to change my habits. And so... here I am...Day #3 into a better life, putting myself out here finally admitting that I had an additction. The fight is on!!

First day at work since I stopped and it is proving to be one helluva mind game right now since this is time of day I usually dip the most. Searched online for suggestions on how to ease the transition and ran into this site. Read alot of people stories which helped motivate me more and helped pass a couple hours keeping my mind off the lip shit. Joined up with the HOF October 2014 Roll Call for the support I may require.
