Perfectly normal rage, it means you are healing. Bring it here, yell and scream, and quit like fuck with us all day long.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

600 days ago I was where you are. Yes it sucks but it is so worth it. Become a member of this family and rage all you want in here. This place has saved my life and it will save yours but you gotta be strong. You have to post roll every damn day. You need to make friends in here. Accountability + Brotgerhood = Success.
Chat is a great place to vent. I quit with you.

Glad you found us Charles. Welcome! I am on day 228. I remember where you currently are like it was yesterday. You did the right thing by jumping in the car and finding something to curb the craves. There is so much support on this site. And you will be held accountable to make and keep your word every day. That is why this place works for so many quitters. Hang in there man. Weave yourself a web of support and accountability with other badasses here. If you do that, you will find you simply can't go back to the can. Your integrity and the support here will make you say "fuck that nic bitch". Stomp her out once and for all man. It can be done! Thousands have done it and paved the way for us. It is an honor to follow suit. Hang in there man. It will get easier. PM me and I will gladly share my digits with you.

Agree with the others...you are currently walking through hell...don't stop, don't look back, just keep on walking and the devil won't know you're there. I am just ahead of you, 35 days quit and trust the folks on this site, it gets easier. You can do it!

Hey Chop,

You're in it: knee-deep in the suck; you just have to keep moving. It gets better. I still rage out on my family way more than I should, but it is nowhere like the first few days when I would hop in my truck searching for the edge of the map.

Nomore is right: she doesn't deserve this. She is the one who put up with your selfish dipping ass for years. Take it out on us. Take it out on me. Vent, read, post roll, and repeat.

Cool, got the roll post on the first attempt! Now it is one day at a time (ODAAT) every damn day (EDD) of quit. Granted it can be hour to hour or minute to minute in the early days, but it will get better.

Get to know your fellow quitters, get some digits for the next time nicotine hits hard and pile up wins.

Congratulations on your four days. Now keep this going and realize tomorrow you are going to be saying that you will have quit for 5 days.

Send your rage to this group and be patient with your loved ones.

I have learned that when my wife complains, she is normally right.

She is sticking with you just hang in there.

I quit with you today.

Charles, congrats on choosing to quit. Nobody but another nicotine addict understands what you are going through. It will get a lot better over time.

Good call bringing your rage here-- we can take it. Nobody at home needs it. You chose to put tobacco in your lip, they did not.

If you are on day 4, the worst is about over. Drink water, exercise, read everything on this site.

I urge you to join the January quit group (you will get to 100 days at the same time as those bad ass quitters). Post roll today, and every day -- your promise to yourself and all here that you will not use nicotine for 24 hours.

Exchange digits with fellow quitters so you can support eachother at times like right now.

I quit with you today.

« on: October 25, 2015, 05:53:00 PM »
I'm celebrating being 4 days dip free in the lowes parking lot. I've treated myself to a chocolate milkshake and a box of hot tamales to try and kill the feeling. I have now resorted to eating the hot tamales box.

I left the house about an hour and a half ago because I was really about to lose my shit. Suddenly, everything is my fault. This is fucking crazy. I really haven't made a big deal about my quit because I know she really doesn't understand. I've tried before and when I get like this she begs me to go get another can so I'll stop being a dick.

This time it's really not my fault. I'm trying to do the right thing and somehow I'm being punished.
