hi. well we (my husband and myself) both quit smoking and he quit dipping after 17 yrs for me and 22 yrs for him. It was the best thing we could have ever done for ourselves and our son. Our son is 2 yrs old and copys everything we do and that is the one habit we did not want to pass down to him. I have never introduced myself because when we found this site i primarily was on chat all the time and read some article. That was the things that helped me thru the worst part. Now it seems we are doing well most of the time. I still have cravings actually more often than he does but i get something that will fix that for me (carrot stick, gum, celery or a glass of water). since quitting i cut off my hair and grew out my nails and feel great about looking better, younger, and smelling great all the time.NOT like Cigs... But the biggest reason i had for quitting was to get my heart and relationship with God right... and i am glad no i am thrilled i quit. Funniest thing is lar and i talk more now and its easier to go places. Noone worries about forgetting the cigs or snuff, or something to spit in. I guess its changed our life in a lot more ways than can be explained. Everything is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.
