Thanks guys I'm sure I will be needing the Somone to bitch at thread at some point :)...I just woke up one day and was like I'm sick of having withdrawals every couple of hours it just kept getting shorter And shorter in between dips, plus I only got 4 chews to a can so I had to keep it in my mouth for hours on end.

Hello to everyone...I have been 1-2 can a day chewer for the last 12 years or so...I am now on cold turkey day 6 and feeling good...using the help of smokey mountain snuff and mint snuff. I am through the fog stage and do not get too may cravings as of right now. I would have liked to post on day one however my account needed to be approved. Good luck to everyone!!!
