Sorry for the lateness of the intro. I am currently with my Zombie Nymph brothers in the November quite group, Im on day 23.

This is not my first quit. I chewed from around 1989 unitl 8-17-15. But i did have a 7 month quit.... on another website. Not more than a tin every 3 or 4 days, but still. I am addicted for sure.

With this quit, something is different this time.. Yes, it was hard again for 3 or 5 days after the beginning... getting the poison out of my body, lack of sleep. Twitching... short fused with my wife and son..

i have had several quits for a week, two weeks... 5 days.. but I always caved. Something is different this time. Now i know what it is..

IT'S POSTING ROLL! Its the responsibility to my brothers, its taking the daily quit pledge.

Im here to tell you current HOF-ers and future HOF-ers to be careful. Making it past 100 days was tough.. I did it and then some. But it was that one dip that brought me back. No i didnt immeditaley buy a tin and pick up where i left off. I dipped, then spit it out, felt awful for caving...... then about a week later i dipped again, then another,, then bought a tin, and it was over.

What an asshole I am.

One thing for sure, this will be a LIFELONG struggle for me, and I am thankful for this site and my Novembros to help me every day. Now I quit ODAAT, I dont count forward, I count one day at a time.

So good luck to all. Post Roll every day, become active in your group... help the groups behind you who have just quit with your support.

Be wary HOF-ers, please DO NOT do what I did, dont become tricked by the nic-serpent !
Good share JB. NAFAR
Thank you King. I'm quit with you today
Sounds like you understand the success path for a quit. Keep executing, we are all on today (whatever the count says), we all need to post roll and be accountable to our fellow BAQs. Proud to quit with you today.
