Hmmm... Not sure I understand the roll call thing.
Do I just post under the blog post relevant for the day?
super - GREAT decision and welcome to freedom! Your quit group is where you will go to post "roll" which is your promise for the day not to use nic in any form. Here is the link to your quit group:

topic/11536813/17/#new

It's the June 2016 quit group. Find the last roll post and then read the instructions on how to post roll yourself. Follow those instructions and post up a day 1. Go there now and do it. Never go back on your word and stay active with your group. Get some tools ready (water, gum, mints, whatever you need other than nic). It will help you through the cravings.

Make this your final time and keep your promise every day!

Go post roll with the June quitters, in the quit group section. Post roll first thing each day.

Not a wasted account!
Just spit out my last snus and made a decision that this is it. I didn't even want to wait until Saturday.

So now I will prepare for some raised anxiety shit, have some low dose Xanax just in case which I've had about 2 months but never used them, hope I don't have to now either.

I'm here to fight!

I second that.

So many times we see planned quits and they just never work out. I was one of them people who was gonna quit next week, Im gonna quit next monday. Hell Ill just quit this coming Friday. Ok Friday is here Ill quit first thing in the morn when my tin is empty. Yep, I was one of those. For a long friggin time.

Come on in and join the good fight man. Why put off until tomorrow what you can get done today!!

Ok time for me to move on. I'll not waste any more of my time until I know your serious. Then I will battle with you until the end of time to stay quit!
If I could I would. If I don't, it's because I am lazy.

Never be afraid to try something new. Remember, amateurs built the Ark. Professionals built the Titanic.

Hi!
I'm 35yrs from one of the Scandinavian countries.
I've been using ciggies and snus for the last 16-17 years. I recently quit for a year (both ciggies and snus) but foolishly fell back into the trap when I was traveling with some smoker friends. Stupid shit really, but it is what it is.
Now i've been mainly snusing regularly for the last year again, with ciggies on and off too.
All of the reasons I quit last time have slowly come back and now I'm back to feeling anxiety, bouts of insomnia and on top of that a dreadful black cloud over my head because I feel like a fucking failure for starting again.
The time has come again to put it all down once and for all. Ciggies I have cut out successfully and haven't smoked in the last 2 weeks, and don't feel like smoking again - EVER!
I have slowly been reducing snus too and I'm at 3 portions per day. I have set my quit date to next Saturday and this time it will stick.

Wish me luck people!

BTW; Awesome community you have here!
Welcome Super,

Quitting is a life long endeavor which is won with daily commitment. You haven't done that yet.

Luck is what happens when you analyze a situation, identify the variables, then take steps to lessen their impact. Luck is the by-product of planning, reducing likelihoods and implementing a strategy based on those observations. It's the result of honest reasoning, planning and implementation. Luck is what happens when you stack the deck in your favor, then play the odds.

What is your plan for quitting? What will you do when your mates are all lighting up? Have you really considered the reasons you've been weak in the past? What's different this time? Nicotine, in any form, is the enemy. The manufacturers of these products are well armed and deadly. Until now, you've lacked armor, weapons and you've lacked a battle plan. Your past failures are proof.

Think of KTC as fellow warriors dedicated to overcoming great odds, together, against this deadly, thieving addiction. Your battle plan should start in the Welcome Center. Your armory can be found by Clicking here.

You ought to declare war today by making a promise to quit and not letting your battalion down. We build up that chain plate daily. There is no neutrality in this fight and there's nothing to be gained by prolonging your engagement of the enemy. By procrastinating, you only prolong the bloodshed, enabling a poisonous weed to dig in a little deeper, control the high ground or flank your efforts.

This community is awesome because of the thousands of slap down, bare knuckle, seething, spitting, bad ass nicotine warriors battling daily and not the timid, dip your toe in the water and hope for the best who might start fighting maybe sometime in the future... So, are you ready?
These guys are giving you some great advice. Today is the best day to quit.

Your quit date needs to be now. Flush what you have now and get ready for a new beginning of freedom.
