Bama,

This site works. Go to the welcome center and learn how and why this site works for those who truly use it. After that post your pledge each and every day in the Feb 2013 quit group. Reach out to your group and exchange numbers for additional support. Welcome to KTC.
Enough is enough. Time to take control back from the nic bitch. My HOF speechGR8WHITEBUFFALO

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I quit dipping and get my mind on the right thing instead of when the next time I dip will be. I have tried before but i think this site will help me do it. I need all the support I can get. I know everyone on here has been or going through the same thing.

Been dipping about 15 years, the only time i am able to quit is when i
go in the hospital for a operation. That last only a few months.

Keep it up you will quit .
Im about 90 hours in and there was some tuff times for the initial withdraw but i am feeling more clear headed and able to focus more, I feel a since of serinity I was never able to place a finger on while using. We are brothers in this one, message me, i check up everyday with this place, helping me out more than i thought,

Peace.

Damn shame.

Since operations and hospitals seem to be where you feel comfortable, here's a little story about Randy and his life in and out of the hospital.

Today's million dollar question: how many dips does it take to start the chain reaction of cancer?

The only time you can quit is when you go to the hospital for an operation? Might I suggest you quit now before you are going to the hospital for chemo/radiation/having half your face removed. You'll be quit for good then, but probably not the route you want to take.

Instead, go to the salmon colored tab "Welcome Center" at the upper left of this page and learn about this site and the importance of posting roll. That is, if you are serious of course...I have my doubts about that. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Read above. Throw the shit out and pledge that you quit today. Then wake up tomorrow and promise to quit again.

Quit, quit, quit, quit. Don't be a slave another day. Throw the shit out, click on the welcome center, and figure out how to post roll today. That's your promise to you and me that you will make every day. Are you man enough?
Quit 8/14/12 and taking my life back one day at a time.

If you don?t control what you have access to, what you have access to will control you.

I?m trying to remind myself daily it?s not the absence of conflict that determines whether or not my relationships are healthy. It?s knowing how to handle the conflicts that will arise.

Character is who we are, not who we pretend to be. It's better to be shaped than to be fake.
