Glad you're here (sort of)....but being "here" means DAILY posting your promise to abstain from nicotine. Gonna send you an email through the KTC system. If you want help and support through this process, it's there for you, but you gotta commit to being here. Can't support someone who don't show up!

Welcome! Glad you found the site. Get on over to the October 17 Pre HOF group and post roll that you promise not to use nicotine today. Do that every day and get some numbers of your October quit brothers/sisters so you can text when you start to get those cravings.

My name is David. I have been dipping daily since February 2011. Prior to that I was a smoker since 1991, so yes, I have a long history with tobacco. Like most, I have "quit" a number of times. Decided over the holiday weekend that I needed to claim my own independence from tobacco. The last two days have sucked, but I am confident that future days will be brighter. Found this forum through Google, and really like what I see.
