Day 328 update

I just want to spout off for a minute here. I haven't really given updates on my quit like I probably should.

Things are getting really good. The cravings are few and far between. I don't long for nicotine, in fact it disgusts me. Occasionally I do get a slight urge for a chew after a meal. But it only lasts a moment and I recognize it immediately. My defenses are held high. Thank you KTC. Coming and posting roll each day, and the friends I've made here, are the reasons that I am quit. KTC works without a doubt, I give this place and it's method full credit.

If someone truly wants to quit, just get your ass in here and post each morning. Read all you can on the forum. Shoot the shit in the chat room. Encourage some other quitters. And be quit. Be an honorable person, make your promise daily, and be quit. It is amazing. It definitely gets better the farther you get along in the # of days. I will protect this quit with everything I have. The freedom is great! I will be posting roll here every damn day for the rest of my life.
