Great choice to take your life back. Quitting when you're dead would have been a little late, Imo. You need to start posting roll every day and promising you wont fill your lip full of posion shit. Check out the "welcome center", which is the salmon colored tab at the top of the screen, it will explain how to post roll. Its the backbone of this sight. You promise not to use every morning. Then when you keep you're promise for that day you repeat the process the next day.
Try not to think of quitting forever, just one day at a time. I can tell you I was obsessed with the "forever" concept and it drove me batshit crazy. Once I forgot about forever and just focused on going day by day time started to fly and now I'm only a week away from the hof and honestly don't know how the fuck it happened. Actually I do, I took a day by day approach instead of thinking about forever.
You can do this shit!!!! Post roll daily, stay active on the site, don't be afraid to vent, rage, cry, ask questions, etc...The support you will get from the bad ass quitting mother fuckers on this site will be unreal.
