GameChanger, great choice on quitting. Your introduction hit two key points that should help you get you through the first week: honesty and dedication. I am almost through my second week quit and believe the two characteristics you identified have played a major role to get me here.

Dedication - well that's just waking up each day and posting roll.
Honesty - Don't break your promise to stay quit if you posted roll.

You got this. Use this site to learn something new each day to reinforce your quit. I am quit with you. Shoot me a PM if you want my #.

GameChanger180 - Day 1. I hope I posted this right. I PROMISE to quit. Excited to see what this community is all about.

Nice Job Game Changer. I see you figured out roll posting. Just keep making that promise you you'll be fitting it here, real good!!! You have my number, I suggest grabbing a few more from some quitters in your June group. Dont wait till your on cliff to reach out. Make those connections EARLY.

Regarding the spread sheet. It is used for tracking who posts and who does not. It is maintained by a volunteer or 2 from your group. You wanna make sure your quit "sticks", just make sure there is a one zero zero after your name.
100% posters stack the deck in their favor.

I forgot to add that it all started yesterday... I was cleaning my apartment and looked at all the disgusting spitters everywhere. I sat there wandering how I had ever let this control my life so much. I never thought that taking my first dip would end up like this. So I grabbed two full cans of chew that I just bought earlier that day, stepped outside and emptied them into the dumpster. Even though it was a small step, it was a great feeling.

Hello to the KilltheCan community.

I am 24 years old and have chewed a can a day since I was 19. I am new to the site. Day one - no tobacco in my system. Nothing has worked in the past for me but this seems like a great way to keep myself honest and dedicated! We all know why we should quit, but we struggle with the HOW part. If anyone has any advice or just wants to say hi please feel free to! The more connections I make on here the easier it will be to stay involved. Also I am not sure if I posted my roll call right or not but if anyone can check and give me some feedback it would be greatly appreciated! I want to utilize this site and community as much as possible so any advice will help. Al

Also what is the spread sheet all about?

Thanks for taking the time to read this!
