Dave,

Great to see another quitter here. With the help of KTC you can beat your addiction to nicotine one day at a time. It's working for me and it will work for you. Stick around and find out. You have made it this far so use the tools here to stay quit.

Keep the door shut on dip and don't ever look back. This decision is worth it.

Dave,
First of all welcome to KTC. Second you have an awesome friend in Scott. He is a role model for quit around here. I love that you have joined KTC as well. You will find that a good many of us create a bond of brotherhood that outstanding. I do however want to point out on minor thing with your QUIT. You indicated that you are giving up a nasty habit, I just want to make sure you understand that this is an addiction a habit that ties to it would be always checking your pocket for a tin or making sure you pack something to spit into while on a roadtrip.

Scott can be a guiding light for you as he has been for myself and many a quitter here. I am also sending you a PM on here, if you ever need anything reach out and I will be there for you.

My thoughts exactly. One of the most liberating, useful tools I developed against my addiction was admitting my addiction. I've gone on many a rant about it, but it's true. The sooner you come to terms with it, the sooner and better you can learn about it.

Welcome Dave - again, a friend of Scott's is a friend of mine.

Dave welcome glad you decided to join me and my quit family. Ktc is for real it has some really great quitters who will help you along the way many of them will be the ones who helped me 409 days ago to get rid of the bitch. Of course you could walk cross the street and talk to me. If we can put 'fireman' fires out together we can beat the nic bitch. Then we can get our wives to show there 'boob'
