Hey peeps, been visiting this site for some time finally decided to quit and I have 18 days down. The first three days where absolute HELL but beyond that has mainly just been and emotional roller coaster. I'm cranky. I have a small support group that means well, but are more annoying than helpful. Looking to talk to some people that understand, I snapped at my six year old son today, not proud and don't want to again. Thanks for any support
18 days is awesome. It also means that you belong in the Jsnuary 2012 pre HOF group. Good group of quitters in there. Learn how to post roll call in the salmon colored Welcome Center above left. Roll call is your promise not to use any nicotine for the day. Post roll tonight then wake up tomorrow and post roll again, early. Repeat every day. Keep you word. Ask for phone numbers. Read everything on this site and understand your addiction. Don't ever snap at anyone but the folks in here, especially not a six year kid who had nothing to do with you being a dipping Dumbass. Everyone in here is an addict just like you.

Congratulations on deciding to follow the road to freedom!

Anyone can stop, but can you quit? A "Stopper" versus a "Quitter"
