Thank you for the link, that has helpe me realize the sores and bumps etc are going to be somewhat normal. Doctor last night said coloring etc didn't look bad, and my guns were in great shape for what I had done to them. Scheduled with an ENT in about a month, just figured someone here might have had same thing or similar. I can tell you quitting the can while having generalized anxiety disorder really makes your head start getting out of whack on even simple things medical doesn't seem concerned about. I am unsure what is worse, quitting and side effects, or the anxiety from such side effects making me like I'm screwed. But one battle a day. I should just trust what they say and just see the ENT for a second opinion, but they saw nothing major.

Thanks
I would do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable. This is your quit!! Congrats my brother!

Check out this link.

http://www.killthecan.org/yourquit/symptoms.asp

Sores are kinda normal unless they stick around for more than 2 weeks. If you are really concerned its always a good idea to have them checked out by a professional just for peace of mind.
Enough is enough. Time to take control back from the nic bitch. My HOF speechGR8WHITEBUFFALO

Sorry for any bad typing, currently on my iPhone so I apologize. I did post up in the group recommended to me (thank you). Does anyone having Past knowledge on pimple like bumps in gums, and canker sores during the stage I am at. Went and saw a doctor they said doesn't seem to be anything but still recommend going to an ENT. Basically if I brush these bumps they pop and don't seem to come back, I figured might be off ph balance as my mouth since quitting has been just feeling way different.

Thanks

Quit cold turkey on July 27th 2012
« on: August 21, 2012, 03:13:00 PM »
Hey guys my. And is Jeff and I am from the state of Oregon. I cold quit smokeless tobacco before google researching some items and coming across this site. I was a smokeless tobacco user for about 2.5 years, much shorter than new friends here I am sure. I look forward to meeting and talking with folks here. It's a one day at a time thing. And I am learning reading through a bit that a lot of what I have going on others did too

Looking back I cant actually edit the title now, but my offical quit day was July 25th. Sorry my months have been super super busy and crazy lately and even forgot best friends birthday.

win the day.
