Thanks guys, I woke up this morning and was craving pretty badly. Me deciding to quit was a spur of the moment thing but I ate sunflower seeds and beef jerky all day long..
Commit to your quit fresh every day. Just focus on today. Do WHATEVER you have to do not to put that cancer in your face today. For my first three weeks I ate seeds like it was my job. It does get better.

Proud to be quit with ya!
As you have already heard, just focus on quitting for today.

Anyone can quit for one little day, right ??

Ive been chewing for 2 and a half years and have tired to quit multiple times, today was my last dip
One might think that it should be easy for you since you've only been dipping for a few years.
But guess what, YOU ARE AN ADDICT!!!!!!!!
That's right. You've tried several times to Quit and you couldn't do it. It doesn't take much for the Nic Bitch to get a strangle hold on you.
So you've come to the right place to make your REAL QUIT happen. Read as much as you can here, you will learn a shitload.
Post roll every day. It's the most important thing we do here (besides not stuffing our face with shit).
You can do it young Jedi !!

Brian

You have made the right decision. Everyday from here on out you have to make the same decision. YOU choose. Each day, it's your choice, to use or not. To be a slave or not. Post roll with your April group each day with your word you will not use. Keep your word. Repeat. It's been said over and over: shit is simple, but it ain't easy.

Proud to be quit with you! You CAN do this.
