Ok so today is very hard. Nick bitch has almost talked me into going to the store.I She keeps telling me i have proven i can quit. That i can handle buying a can!She is telling me just one will not hurt.It is getting harder today to tell her to fuck off!I will not give in to that bitch.I know she is the devil she will not win!I will not throw away 26 days nic free! That's just great to hear man. By now you're starting to really get clean, but the temptation will always remain. Once you've ceased using tobacco, seeing your friends/others who are still injecting themselves with that poison makes you almost despise them. I felt sorry for my friends when I first got established in my quit.

Keep up the good work brother. If you ever need anything do not hesitate to reach out.

Today was a bitch!I wanted to pull into a gas station so bad and get a can. I just think about how bad life would be if i was diagnosed with mouth cancer. Also the promise i made my quit brothers. That helps me keep on driving! thanks for the support KTC !!!!!!

If you want my number send me a PM. It helps to have guys numbers in case you really get a bad crave and you need some sense talked into ya, or talked down off that ledge, ya know?

Also I'd encourage you to look into the quitter get togethers section and find your state or region of the U.S. and talk to quitters who live near you. I'm in Washington state and we're planning a quitter get together in the near future in Seattle.

Again, hope all is well brother and focus on getting through today and staying quit so you can post a +1 tomorrow morning.

I am 2 days with no nicotine.Quit the gum 2 days ago. I have not had a chew in 8 days. Nic bitch is not going to get her way anymore!!!! smoked for 15 years. dipped grizzly wintergreen almost 2 cans a day for last 7 years!
