Calm down, calm down...I am still learning how to use this site. Bright side, NO chew today
Nice!! Like the roll post!!!
Good to see you on roll!
Posting roll already shows you are ready to commit. Do it every morning. No one here has any secret sauce that makes quitting easier. It sucks and it takes a lot of effort. But it's not impossible...far from it. Thousands of us have been new to the site not sure if we could do it...but we found something every day to get us through the day. Believe me when I tell you this, posting roll every morning will become more and more meaningful with each passing day.  Good luck

Get into your quit group and start posting roll. You're in the June 2016 quit group, here: topic/11536813/153/#new

One day at a time, every damn day is how it's done. Get engaged with your quit group, exchange some digits and get your tools in place (gum, mints, seeds, etc.) to curb the cravings when they hit. Welcome to freedom!

I am new to this and could use some support with quitting this time around. I have quit in the past but seemingly started up again. I have made the choice on my own to STOP once and for all. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Cheewed for about 9 years and I have to stop.
Post roll in June 16
Get your head on straight, you never quit you stopped.
Make yourself accountable.
There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
