I quit with you today. Get your head in the game. Build your support network. Reach out during craves. It's not weak, it's smart.

You've made it through today -- it's one minute, hour, day at a time; then repeat tomorrow...........

Welcome. Go to the upper left hand corner of your screen and click on the salmon-colored Welcome Center. Learn how to post roll. Your quit group will be December 2012.

Posting roll is your promise not to use nicotine for today. We worry about today only; we'll handle tomorrow when it comes. You are an addict, and the concept of quitting forever is just too much to handle.

Post roll, honor your promise, repeat. If do you that, you can't fail.

Hour 1 of change for the rest of my life. Faked quitting once before because my commitment wasnt real. Right now, for today, I will fight and I will win. Love the site and thanks for being there.
